Backup, backup, backup
First, make a backup of your codeplug. Make additional backups with a different filename every time you make a change.
Import
From your codeplug software, export your talkgroup, channel, and zone files.
Upload each of these files to this website.
These files are related, so it is best to re-export and re-upload all three files after making any changes in your local codeplug software.
After each file is loaded, scroll through the list to look for possible issues with each file.
Analyze
If your zone names match the zonenames suggested by PNWDigital, the match option will show you missing or extra channels for each repeater site.
Find the expected name at
https://pnwdigital.net/services/repeaters.php.
Select a repeater by clicking on the frequency. Look for Zonename near the top.
Zonename must match exactly.
Export
The Analog-other and Digital-other files can be used with the ACB export files from PNWDigital.net, to build your own custom codeplug that you can refresh at any time.
For more information about ACB files, consult
https://pnwdigital.net/acb.
Operator-based review
This website does not change your codeplug. You, the amateur radio operator, are responsible for making changes to your codeplug.
If you find the insights offered are appropriate, make the suggested change. If you don't, don't make the change. It is YOUR codeplug and YOUR license.
This website broke your codeplug
Doubtful, as this website does not change files on your computer. However, you do have a backup of your unmodified codeplug, right?

Thanks
Thanks to those that brought DMR to the amateur radio community, those who operate open DMR repeaters, and those who made this website possible.
A special mention goes to my friends at PNWDigital and Mike NO7RF for the system, answers to my newbie questions, and support of my ideas.
